- This solicitation is cancelled in accordance with FAR 14.404-(c)(6). An award under this solicitation will not be made, but the requirement is being re-advertised under solicitation number AG-8D43-S-08-0008. The pre-solicitation notice is posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Our plan is to issue the solicitation by April 21, 2008; have site showing May 1, 2008, and have the bid opening May 21, 2008. The flash flood season has passed, we have all required permits, and plan to extend the performance time. Please do not let the cancellation of this solicitation deter you from further interest in bidding on the re-advertised project.
