- ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR - This solicitation is to provide repair and maintenance for Forest Service roads within and adjacent to the Chelan, Entiat and Wenatchee River watersheds of the Okanogan/Wenatchee National Forest. The majority of work will be blading of aggregate and native surface single lane roads, ditch and drainage cleaning, dust abatement, and road side logging out and brushing. Other work can include culvert installation, constructing drivable drain dips, road obliteration, aggregate surfacing, paving, installing fish structures and stream bank protection. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools transportation, and supplies and perform all work required to maintain the facilities in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. The primary performance time is generally from May 15th to October 30 each calendar year starting 2008. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for small business concerns.
