- T This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Storage Building (Sheds) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a commercial requirement set-aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238190. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is one that employs 1000 employees or less. Quotes should be in the following format: unit price for each item, price per contract line item number (CLIN), and total price for combined line items. Award Basis: Best Value.
