- This proposed procurement is set-aside Small Business, NAICS237990 size standard of $18.5 Million. Estimated cost of services isbetween $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 Contractor shall furnish alllabor, material and equipment necessary to dredge one reach of the channel to the authorized dimensions of 150 feet widefrom deep water in the Chesapeake Bay to Salisbury (Map 1 and Map 2).This section of the channel will be dredged to a depth of 14 feet meanlower low water (MLLW), plus 1 foot of allowable overdepth. Approximately 100,000 cubic yards of dredgedmaterial will be transported by pipeline to an existing upland placementsite. The dredged material consists mainly of silty and sandy material. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotationsbid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall beconsidered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in anelectronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses toissue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitationwill not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitationwill be performed through ASFI. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge onapproximately 21 April 2008, to all authenticated account holders ofFederal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registrationprocess for vendors/contractorsAccountsmay only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go towww.fedteds.gov for additional information.
