- CORRECTION--Multi discipline serves are required for preparationof complete or partial Environmental Impact Statements, EnvironmentalAssessments, Biological Assessments, Environmental Condition of Propertyreports; hazardous material/waste inventories and recovery plans; National Historical Preservation Act complianceand documentation, historical and cultural resource investigations;natural resource investigations, biological surveys, waters of the U.S.including wetlands jurisdictional determinations; air emission inventories, permit applications, and conformityanalyses; multi media environmental compliance audits/inspections;storm water pollution prevention planning; pollution preventionassessments, baseline environmental/human health risk assessments; GIS/Remote Sensing support, and other scientific andtechnological investigations to accomplish environmental compliance andcomplete environmental support for the Environmental Resources Branch,Planning/Environmental/Regulatory Division,Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Theseservices will be in direct nation-wide support of the Civil Works,Military, and Support for Others Programs. Support for Others Programincludes but is not limited to National Guard Bureau, Air Combat Command, Department of Homeland Security, and NationalOceanic Atmospheric and Administration. The USACE intends to award oneMultiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Solicitation NumberW9126G-08-R-0158, consisting of two unrestricted business for a total of $10,000,000.00 each per contract over five (5)years and one (1) small business set-aside, Solicitation NumberW9126G-08-R-0159, for a total of $9,000,000.00 over five (5) years. TheGovernment reserves the right to award only one contract as a result of this solicitation if at least two (2) responsible,responsive proposals are not received. The total length of resultingcontract(s) will not exceed five (5) years. The number and dollar valueof task orders awarded under each contract will depend upon the results of the task order competition conductedamong the firms that receive contract awards. The work site may be atany location within the United States or its Trusted Territories. TheNorth American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to these projects is 541620, EnvironmentalConsulting Services. The associated size standard is $6.5 Million.Anticipated evaluation factors will be technical capability, pastexperience, management capability and cost/price. The successful offeror must be able to obtain a Department of DefenseIndustrial Security Clearance for the handling and storage of classifiedmaterials. A secret clearance must be obtained prior to contract award.Distribution of the RFP documents will be made strictly thru the Internet. There will be no printed orcompact disk copies distributed to contractors. Additionally, theGovernment will notify contractors of amendments to the RFP by postingthem on Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) Website. The web site that will display the above referencedsolicitation and all subsequent amendments is http://www.fbo.gov/.Contractors are responsible for checking the web site daily for anyposted changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11 April 2008 with proposals due on or about 11May 2008.
