- Boiler Refractory Replacement: Contractor shall completely prepare site for removal of existing, damaged refractory and furnish supervision, labor and materials to perform work for replacing this damaged refractory with new at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Ave., Canandaigua New York 14424. Work as required by the scope of work. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 4/3/2008. All questions concerning this project must be in writing and no phone calls will be excepted, please contact Jonathan Aikin, Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: jonathan.aikin@va.gov. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on 05/02/2008 at 130 Lebrun Rd. Building 3, second floor, Buffalo, NY 14215.
