- Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division Philadelphia intends to acquire a quantity of 12 each Outdoor Load Banks for High Speed Generator (HSG)in accordance with specifications and testing. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW SubPart 13.5 of the FAR.
