- The Marine Corps Tactical System Support Center (MCTSSA) is seeking sources sought (M6890908Q1014) that are capable of providing approximately, QTY: 1500, Description: Specifically Lexmark Multifunctional Printer (MFP) Controller Software Version 907.207b. Must meet Manufacturer Assurance Level: EAL2 certification requirement and ability to scan, fax, print as well as emails with signature and encryption. The company must be able to store, setup and ship devices to 1500 various locations. Firms who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement must provide product literature, brand name Leximark brochures, specifications, sheets, capacity to meet the storage, setup and shipping of 1500 various locations, and any their abilities to meet the aforementioned needs. In addition, firms must also submit their company size and other relevant information. Responses shall be submitted no later than 14 April 2008 to MCTSSA, Contracts, Attn: Susan Humann, MCTSSA B! LDG 35B, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171. Information may also be submitted via email to susan.humann@usmc.mil. Responses shall be limited to 2 pages (not including product literature and brochures). Submitted information shall not be returned. This is not a request for proposal or quotation. No solicitation document exists. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure these items, nor does the Marine Corps intend to award on the basis of this sources sought or otherwise pay for the information requested. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect cost or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and Government use of such information.
