- This is Name Brand Justification for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to pursue an award for a delivery order against the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), for information technology (IT) hardware in support of the VA Financial Service Center (FSC). Specifically, the purpose of this acquisition is to acquire IT equipment for a mirrored IT environment at the VA-FSC's dsignated disaster recovery location in Waco, TX.
