- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking vendors to supply the follow: 1. TWO STAGE SUCKER SET. KOMPL 04 SA 28872, POSITION 037, REPART PART FOR THE COPE PAK SUPER NUMEROTA 212 QUANTITY DUE = 6 EACH. 2. PLATE SUCTION, KBA-GIORI NUMBER L6282680, BLATT 519 TEIL 069 FOR SUCTION ROLLERS ON I=10 PRESS. QUANTITY DUE = 12 EACH. All qualified vendors must submit an offer in writing. Reference no. RFQ08-2671. This is a combined synopsis/solocitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Place of Delivery of 9000 Blue Mound Rd. Fort Worth, Texas 76131. Delivery acceptance is FOB Destination. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instruction to offers Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provisions. The provisions 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commerial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedures to be used for this procurement is price and other non price related factors. All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 5:00 pm CST, Sunday April, 13, 2008. Quotes received after that date may not be cosidered. All offers are to be sent to the attention of Loni George at the Fort Worth Facility, via email: Loni.geroge@bep.treas.gov or via fax on 817-847-3751 or via mail. In order to evaluate the quotation porperly, please submit with your offer, any correspondence, e.g., samples or literature, so that we can ensure you are offering what is requested. Any correspondence sent to the Washington DC Facility will not be considered. The simplified acqusition procedures set forth in FAR 13 and 13 shall be use.
