- The Transportation Security Administration intends to award a contract on a single source basis to Microstrategy Services Corporation pursuant to the authority of the TSA Acquisition Management System (TSAAMS) guidance 3.2.2.4 - Single Source Selection, for technical support and maintenance of its business intelligence software, which is currently the platform on which TSA's Performance Management Information System (PMIS) platform is built. TSA does not plan to replace its current platform. TSA seeks only to receive maintenance and support of the software constituting the current platform. TSA intends to award a contract including a base year and options to provide continued support for its PMIS platform. The estimated acquisition cost is $275k per year. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if an entity has reason to believe that it can provide the exact requirement as stated above, it may submit documentation to demonstrate such capability to include a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for this work. Responses are due via e-mail at kia.green@dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM local time (Washington D.C.), Friday, April 18, 2008. Responses received after this date/time will be considered untimely, and will not receive evaluation or consideration. Any questions MUST be submitted in writing to the TSA Contract Specialist, via e-mail at kia.green@dhs.gov, by 12:00 PM local time (Washington D.C.), Monday, April 14, 2007. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted, nor will inquiries received after the specified date/time be responded to. The determination of an entity's ability to meet the requirements related to this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
