- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with Siemens PLM, 5800 Granite Pkwy Ste 600, Plano, TX 75024. The contract is for one (1) year technical support/software maintenance for I-DEAS software. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions are due NLT 3:00pm CST 7 April 2008. All offerors interested in submitting must fax their proposals with details to MSIC, Kate Petek, Fax 256-313-7963 or email proposals to dimookx@msic.dia.mil.
