- Description
- The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) requires the services of HIV/AIDS Treatment Advisor and Manager of Clinical Services to work under the leadership of the Namibia Director for HIV/AIDS. The incumbent must provide technical assistance and supervision of the Counseling and Testing, TB/HIV Supply Chain Management, and Pharmaceutical Services activities and LES staff for CT and TB. Must serve as the lead advisor Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission and treatment for USAID, and collaborate with members of a larger U. S. Government HIV/AIDS program. He/she will support the management and technical direction of USAID/Namibia's activities in HIV-related treatment and clinical services for Namibians affected by HIV and AIDS. Additionally he/she must provide technical support to the Senior Technical Advisor on the clinical aspects of the palliative care and nutrition. This position is open to U. S. Citizens and Third Country Nationals.
