- Description
- This acquisition is for Waste Pumping Services at U.S. Coast Guard ISC Honolulu, Hawaii. The Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, supplies and transportation necessary to provide waste pumping services. The period of performance is a three (3) month base period with an anticipated start date of 01 July 2008 through 30 September 2008, and four (4) option years from 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010, 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011, and 01 October 2011 through 30 September 2012. The services will be acquired under the authority of FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. Award will be made on the basis of Lowest cost technically acceptable. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 21, 2008 with a planned closing date of April 21, 2008.This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The NACIS Code is 562991 with a size standard of $6.5 million. All interested and capable small business firms are encouraged to download a copy of the solicitation and supporting documentation from FedBizOps electronic posting system at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under Vendor, DHS, United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Alameda, CA. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Amendments to the RFP will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above for the solicitation posting.
