- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500, is requesting quotes for the following items: six each Tandberg Centric 1000 MXP Desktop Video Conferencing Systems and 3-year extended warranty agreement for each device. Specifications can be found at the following website: "http://www.tandberg.com/products/video_systems/tandberg_1000_mxp.jsp" Alternate types of video conferencing systems will not be considered due to standardization, configuration and training requirements. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination to address listed below. Requested delivery shall be not later than 30 days from date of any resultant award. FAR solicitation provisions/clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations other than this notice shall be issued. All offerors interested in submitting must fax their quotes to MSIC, Major Terry Aiken, Fax 256-313-7963 or email proposals to diaiktj@msic.dia.mil. Faxed or email quotes will be accepted. Direct all contractual questions to Major Terry Aiken at 256-313-7610. All quotes are due not later than 4:00 p.m. CST Tuesday, 08 April 2008.
