- synopsis posted on March 6, 2008 for Full Food Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina is hereby amended: The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Full Food Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The Government intends to award a Cost Plus Award Fee Contract for this requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310 and the small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act. If the State Licensing Agency (SLA) is included in the competitive range, the Contracting Officer may proceed to negotiations solely with the SLA. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the website may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi (paper copies will not be available. The solicitation, attachments and specifications will only be available by downloading the document from the ASFI website. All prospective offerors are responsible for obtaining any amendments or any other information from the ASFI website. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for the solicitation and any posted changes to the solicitation. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for proposal receipt. No telephone request will be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFP is 17 April 2008.
