Sources Sought Notice: Subject to final approval, the Department of the Treasury-Bureau of the Public Debt, Division of Procurement, Avery 5F, 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with The American Program Bureau, 313 Washington Street, Suite 225, Newton, MA 02458, with the intent of awarding a purchase order in accordance with commercial-item procedures contained within section 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The American Program Bureau presents Jeff Taylor, Founder of Monster.com, as the presenter for the Managers' Forum to be held in Washington, DC, and Parkersburg, WV. Mr. Taylor will present his program entitled, "Getting Creative to Recruit and Retain Today's Employees". Due to his exceptional recruiter experience as an innovator and a visionary, he will speak on his techniques and strategies that will aid the Government in retention of its employees. This presentation fully meets the Bureau's criteria for managers to obtain knowledge to use the latest management styles and continues to provide excellent management skills. No solicitation document is available. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. The notice of intent is not a request for quote. Public Debt will consider all written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, April 10, 2008. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will negotiate and award a purchase order to American Program Bureau.
