- The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Schramm Inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.301. The purpose of this contract is to repair services for Schramm Drill Rig. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competiton is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1) A determination not to compete this procurement bases on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the government.
