Vessel(s) Required: A U.S. Flag or Foreign Flag container vessel (coaster) to move a minimum of 42 TEUs containing explosives from Tombolo dock to another vessel at Talamone anchorage. Movement will require in-stream operations. An optional second voyage may be declared by the government to return 3 TEUs to Tombolo, which will be declared no later than delivery of vessel at Tambolo dock.. 2. Cargo Description: ·Approximately 38 containers (238" x 96" x 101") ·Hazardous Material (HAZMAT). Includes ammunition. ·Cargo list available upon request 2a. Load: Free In 2b. Discharge: Free Out 3. Loading Port(s)/Place(s): Load Port (SPOE):Tombolo dock Place of Loading (optional voyage):Talamone anchorage 4. Laytime: Two (2) Days SSHINC, each voyage 5.
