- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina (VAMC Durham) is seeking potential sources to provide on site anesthesiology physician services - between 5 and 6 FTE (Full Time Equivalent). The NAICS code for this requirement is 621111. Size Standard is $9.0M. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company/provider, number of anesthesiologists employed by firm; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories - 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned; firms experience in providing anesthesiology physician services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
