- The Marine Corps. Mobilization Command (MOBCOM) has a requirement to provide Transitional Training to approximately 120 employees. MOBCOM is located at 15303 Andrews Rd, Kansas City, Missouri 64147. The training will consist of the following: Resume Writing (120 attendees), Interviewing for a job (120 attendees), Pre- retirement CSRS (40 attendees, Pre-retirement FERS (40 attendees), Career Transition Training (120 attendees). Training is expected to begin July 2008. This is a Small Business Set Aside NAICS Code 611430. Firms able to respond to this requirement should give written notification with in 15 days of the publication. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 16, 2008. Any offer must be for all or none no partial award will be made. NO PHONE REQUESTS will be accepted. Requests must be submitted-in writing ONLY.
