- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-08-T0133 applies and is issued as a Request For quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13 . The North American Industry Classification System code is 423610. The agency need is for: CLIN: 0001, Quantity: 3, Unit of Issue: Each, INNERDUCT (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL): WHITE MESH, 3 INCH 3 CELL 6000 FEET INNERDUCT, COLOR: BLUE, FOR USE IN 3 INCH OR LARGER CONDUITS, HOLD CABLES UP TO 1.03 INCH IN DIAMETER IN EACH CELL. MFR: MAXCELL, MODEL: MXC3456BL6000. All offers shall be in English language. Stateside delivery and overseas delivery is acceptable. Delivery point from local offers is to Bldg 5666, G6, Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Delivery point from offers within CONUS is to Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Depot, Bldg. 30 CCP, 25600 Chrisman Road, Tracy, CA 95376. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offer of whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and price-related factors.
