- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial musical instrument items for the US Marine Corps Band and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government anticipates award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the attached solicitation #M00264-08-T-0169. Please download the attached solicitation #M00264-08-T-0169. Attachment A of the solicitation identifies the items to be acquired. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. This is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS code 451140, Size Standard $6.5M. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
