- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install a Heat Trace System at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, Philadelphia, PA. Major work items include: Disconnect power and remove the entire existing heat trace system, replace with new heat trace system and all its accessories, verify in field existing circuits for the system for accuracy and correct the panel directory if required, test the existing power circuits, replace any faulty circuits, and reconnect the new heat tracing system to existing power circuits. This procurement is estimated between 25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238210/13.0M. Completion time is 30 DANTP. NOTE: The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of the solicitation through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTedS) website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation, the contractor will be required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
