- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Larslap USA, Delmont, PA per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement is for Six various models of Larslap Valve Grinders. Delivery will be within 60 days of contract award. This procurement effort will processed in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5. A solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for the inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX request will be accepted and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. The solicitation is not available at this time. The solicitation will be posted on the NECO website on or about 4 April 08. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-APR-2008).
