- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC), Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Undersea Sensor Systems, Inc. (USSI), 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869 on a sole source basis for one-hundred eight (108) each AN/SSQ-53F GPS and the upgrade of two (2) each government owned 16-channel GPS Demodulator Interface Boxes. The design of the AN/SSQ-53F GPS capable sonobuoy and the 16-channel interface box are proprietary to USSI, and USSI has already performed the non-recurring engineering required for the upgrade of the 16-channel interface boxes (reference prior contract N61331-06-C-0032 for sonobuoys, non-recurring engineering, and interface box) These specific items are required for compatibility with existing NSWC PC owned equipment. All items are to be delivered within ten (10) weeks of award of the contract. Equipment will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
