- The services to be furnished under this contract include operation of multiple watercraft and boats, and related maintenance services, port operations, and waterfront administration in support of U.S. Department of Defense Installation at Guantanamo Bay (GTMO) Cuba. The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of various watercraft, boats and equipment and shall provide port operations services. Services shall be provided on a “turn-key” basis with the Contractor providing all necessary management expertise, personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles unless otherwise specified in this contract as Government-furnished equipment. The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective completion of all services described herein. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-MAR-2008).
