- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Logistics Service Area has a requirement to procure Janitorial Services for the Eastern Service Area Facility, Boonsboro, Maryland. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGE 8(a)BUSINESS WITH "SECRET CLEARANCE". NAICS CODE 561720 The Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFAEA-08-R-LBKN2, is being made availabe on April 1, 2008, to two (2)companies who have Secret Clearance - Action Facilities Management, 115 Malone Drive, Morgantown, WV 26501 and PrimeStar Industries, Inc., 318 E. 25th St., Baltimore, MD 21218. No other SIRS will be available. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
