- Description
- Customs and Border Protection intents to negotiate a six month sole source bridge contract to obtain both distribution and industry technical support of personal property equipment and supplies. The proposed contract is to be negotiated with Lab Safety Supply, Inc., Janesville, WI. The proposed contract is to serve as an interim measure to finalize preparation for competition. The proposed contract action is for services and supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
