- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is: Utilities-08-01-Gas issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) This is a request for gas supply to Bldg 3336 (KMCC) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, in accordance with the attached specifications: Total connected load: 1,671 kW Diversity Factor: 0.7 (70%) Maximum Demand: 1,671 kW x 0.7= rounded 1,170 kW Usage Hrs: 14 hr/day at 300 days p.a. Usage Factor: 0.3 (30%) Annual Consumption: 1,672 kW x 0.3 x 14hr/day x 300 days p.a. = 2,105,460 kWh/a = rounded 2,200,000 kWh Main Gas Meters: 1xG40 : Name Brand Restaurant 1XG 4 : Open Fire Place 1xG65 : Food Court Anticipated Start of Gas Supply: 1 October 2008 Note: The gas supply lines upto the points of delivery are owned by the Stadtwerke Ramstein-Miesenbach GmbH.
