- The NRCS in Idaho completed an OMB A-76 study for Soil Conservation Technician Services (North) in August 2003. No technically acceptable offers were received. As a result, the solicitation was cancelled and the work will remain in house. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to Janis A.
