- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is issuing this combined Pre-Solicitation and Solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for the following service: Rigging, Destruction, Removal and Transport of security presses and miscellaneous excess property. All services are to be provided in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.There will be a site visit at 10:30am Friday February 22,2008 Interested vendors must register no later than 12:00 noon Thursday February 21,2008 by contacting the Contract Specialist at 202-874-0693 or via email at Richard.Hutchinson@bep.treas.gov.
