- This notice modifies the presolicitaion notice for On-orbit Satellite monitoring as required by the Naval Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC), Point Mugu, CA which was previously synopsized on 09 NOV 2007 and previously modified on 07 DEC 2007, 11 February 2008 and 10 March 2008. The purpose of this notice is to upload a DRAFT version of the RFP section L. The government will attempt to post additional draft documents to the NECO website as they become available. Interested parties are therefore encouraged to check the NECO website frequently for updates. Industry questions and comments while the documents are in draft phase are highly encouraged and should be sent to the POC via email as soon as soon as possible after the draft documents have been posted. All comments and questions must be submitted in Microsoft Word documents attached to e-mail. Questions received via phone and facsimile will not be acknowledged. Interested parties shall note that the documents rem ain in a DRAFT form and significant changes may be reflected in the actual RFP.
