- STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Vendor will receive and offload vessels at their facility. 2. Safely stage boats on blocks. 3. Erect scaffolding as required. 4. Prepare boats for sandblasting, of complete exterior area, as required. 5. Sandblast complete exterior area of boats to a SSPC 6. 6. Apply coating system (primers, top coat and anti-fouling) with colors (gray and black) re-applied to areas where they were prior to sandblasting, in accordance with NAVSEA standard items 009-32. 7. Replace boat onto trailer upon completion, contact Naval Coastal Warfare Group One (NCWG-1) at which time NCWG-1 will pickup boats from vendor and return to proper location. 8. Complete deliverables report and provide any possible improvement recommendations.
