- N00164-07-R-4275 - 57MM 3P FUZED ROUND MK 295 MOD 0 CARTRIDGES - FSC 1310 - NAICS 332993 Original Issue Date 30 MAY 2007 - Original Closing Date 29 JUN 2007 - Time 3:30 CDT This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. AMENDMENT 0001 This is an amended synopsis to publicize a change in the Government's full requirement under the subject solicitation. The Government is changing procurement strategy from buying up to a funding limitation of $11,404,535.42 as annotated in Solicitation Amendment 0003, to buying a first article quantity of 82 and a fixed quantity of 5,000 each. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors who provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
