- The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC) Acquisition Mgmt. Dept., Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Biological Defense Research Directorate ? NMRC intends to award a sole source procurement to Applied Biosystem for FG TC II reaction plate. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids.
