- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon have a requirement for a contractor to supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to evaluate, design and install an alarm system; that will repair, replace and upgrade the existing alarm system and its associated components that meets or exceeds the following requirements specified herewithin. All work to be performed shall be at the Lahontan National Fish Hatchery near Gardnerville, Nevada (Douglas County). Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable source selection (evaluation) process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101-2. The criteria that must be met are as follows: PREVIOUS WORK ON ALARM SYSTEMS OF SIMILAR MAGNITUDE AND COMPLEXITY - 1 to 2 recent projects completed or in progress. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACT EXPERIENCE - 1 to 2 recent Federal government contracts completed or in progress. Solicitation no. 801818R183 to include all attachments shall be made available by mid (est.) April 2008 and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov . The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov . Period of performance is 120 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed for completion of both design and construction phases.
