- Description
- Western Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for a Trabectome System which is used to perform minimally invasive surgical treatment of open angle glaucoma. This must be a stand alone system that has FDA approval/cleared device for interno el ectrosurgical trabeculectomy procedures. The RFQ W91YU0-08-T-0009 will be available on ASFI on or about 01 April 2008 with a closing date of 11 April 2008. The RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFAS 25.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order. NACIS Code 334510. Size Standard 500 employees.
