- Description
- Construction Project: The work is to install a high density polyethylene (HDPE) liner in an existing corrugated metal pipe culvert located at McNary Dam levee 4A, Benton County, Washington. Appurtenant features will include: (1) replacement of the existing slide gate on the inlet; (2) replacement of the existing flapper valve on the outlet; and (3) construction of a cast-in-place, reinforced concrete outlet structure around the outlet flapper valve. The existing culvert is 18 inches in diameter and 140 feet long. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Work must be completed no later than 15 September 2008. Request for Quotations No. W912EF-08-Q-0063 will be posted to the FedTeDS website on or about April 11, 2008. Quotes w ill be due approximately 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date.
