- Point of Contact: Benjamin Davis, Phone 206-764-6693, Fax 206-764-6817 or email benjamin.c.davis@usace.army.mil This contract shall become effective on the date of award or subsequent thereto, and shall continue in full force and effect until Marc h 31, 2011, unless terminated as otherwise provided in the contract. This contract includes a base year and two option years, and is therefore renewable for the two (2) additional one-year periods at the option of the Government by the Contracting Officer giving written notice of renewal to the Contractor no later than 30 days before the Purchase Order is to expire. As most work described herein is seasonal and will likely end before November of each year, a gap will exist between the end of the work sche dule and the end of the contract year. (It is anticipated that award will be made by 15 March 2008, work shall commence on 20 April 2008 and extend through 11 October 2010.)
