Description: The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage and execute the work necessary to provide custodial services at Mount Morris Dam and William B. Hoyt II Visitor Center, Dam Maintenance Building and public restrooms located on the project site. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish custodial services which entail cleaning of all restrooms, removal of trash, floor care and dusting in both the vistor center and ma intenace building and administrative areas. Specific custodial requirements, including frequency of custodial work, will be outlined in the scope of work.
