- DESC: 3120-01-342-6706, Part Number 12591920, The item to procure is a Washer, Thrust is used on M119A1/A2 105MM Howitzer and is made from copper alloy, ASTM B139/B139M. Dimensions are 1.00 inch outside diameter; .63 inside diameter; .074 inches. Re quirements are 450 each, Bearing, Washer, Thrust. FOB is Destination. For use on the M119A1/A2. Estimated issue date is 11 April 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronical ly as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejectio n of same. **************************************************************** A License Agreement between BAE SYSTEMS, RO DEFENCE and the US requires the items procured to be manufactured in the US. US means the 50 states and the District of C olumbia. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being procured under this contract, within the US. The proposed contract will include 2-100 percent options. Proposed contract is 100% small busines s set-aside. There will be a Non-disclosure agreement which will need to be filled out, signed and sent to the Contract Specialist. Once the solicitation is put out on the street. All or a part of this action is an funded FY08 requirem ent.
