Description: This amendment of the original synopsis is reissued as follows. No formal solicitation will be issued for the requirement of 10,000 each Leaf Sight and Grabber Assembly, P/N 12598117. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sour ce under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Machining Technologies Inc, 510 Naylor Mill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801-1192, as they are the only known proven vendor that possess the experience and have the necessary production tooling and equip ment in place. All interested, responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
