- To all interested offerors, In accordance with FAR 5.205(c) and 15.201, the Government will be providing a Pre-Proposal Conference with regard to the Advanced Lethality and Fire Control Individual Weapons BAA. This conference will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn, Rockaway, NJ on 08 April 2008 at 1300 EST (1:00 PM EST). The intention of the conference will be to discuss the following: 1) Open Forum for Questions/Answers/Clarifications 2) PM Representative Brief on new area of Interest - Reference para 2.7.8 of BAA 3.
