- The Southern Region Contracting Center-West (SRCC-W) intends to award a firm fixed-price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to, Medtronic Physio Control, 11811 Willows Road, NE, PO Box 97006, Redmond, WA 98073, for LifePak 12 Defibrillator/monitor, Adaptive Biphasic, Automatic External Defibrillation, EL Screen, Pacing, Sp02 Pulse Oximetry, 12 Lead, Fax, Noninvasive Blood Pressure, Capnography, Trending 100mm Printer (4 ea), LifePak 12 Shipkit USA, English, Biphasic, CO2, 1 2 Lead, Short Cable, NIBP, 100mm printer (4 ea), 120 Volts Alternating Current (3 ea) , USA, English, Domestic. Straight Receptacle (3 ea), LifePak NiCd battery 1.7 amp hour capacity (12 ea), Basic Carrying Case, includes shoulder strap, left and right po uches and vinyl front cover (2 ea), Back Pouch (2 ea), Top Pouch (2 ea), Masimo Set sp02 Sensor adult reusable (4 ea), Masimo Set sp02 patient cable 4ft (4 ea). The LifePak 12 defibrillator will be used by Medical providers with experience using the LifeP ak 12 to train and save life of deployed soldiers in Iraq.
