- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting quotations for external Environmental Management System (EMS) Auditing and Certification services. Contractor shall provide plan, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services, including personnel, management, and other items and services not Government furnished necessary to perform according to the Performance Work Statement for this requirement. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed- price contract. The period of performance is 01 June 2008 through 31 May 2009, plus four one-year option periods. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-08-Q-0022. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from our web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under R equests for Quotations after the release date. The estimated issue date is 27 March 2008 and the anticipated closing date is 18 April 2008 at 2:30:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
