- This notice is issued to obtain qualified parties in providing a commercial commodity quotation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for a Eaton Leonard tubing bender 2 ea. retrofit laser vision windows xp-based software. Service will include new encoder board, power supply, calibration and rewiring of mast. purchase at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for the requirement. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 423830, and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 people. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. This requirement is for Brand name or equal items will be acceptable. Contractor MUST be able to provide ALL requirements.
