- SOLICITATION VA-247-08-RP-0193 IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Augusta GA (VISN 7), is issuing a solicitation for satellite/cable service for the Atlanta VA and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) (for a total of 306 outlets) to include all the local channel and cable channels through the Medical Center Patient waiting areas, patient floors and nursing homes located in the Atlanta GA area. Contractor is to provide all required labor and material (receiver, modulator and hardware) for a cable satellite Central Distribution System which will be incorporated into an existing CCTV system. This Central Distribution System will provide the distribution of all local and a minimum of 40 cable channels. This contract includes a base year, plus four one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This procurement is advertised as full and open competition with NAICS code 515210, and with a size standard of $13.5M.
