- The contractor shall perform endorsement support services that cover assistance through all stages of the active life of a case binder sent to HUD's Processing and Underwriting Division (PUD) for endorsement. These services include mail processing, data entry reflecting receipt and assignment of cases in the FHA Connection, creation of barcode labels for each file, archiving completed case files, filing of case binders, maintaining insuring information in PUD tracking logs, copying CVP packages for the Technical Support Branch, providing reports, performing quality control functions related to the endorsement function, redirecting Notices to Borrower returned to the office as undeliverable, and other miscellaneous functions relating to endorsement processing.
