- THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE EXISTING CARPET IN BLDG 150 AND INSTALL GOVERMENT FURNISHED CARPET, AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND ANY AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE SET FORTH.
